The 2004 St. Petersburg Dizzy Dean City 11-12 Yr. Old Champions; The Fossil Park Cardinals took 1st. place honors and the Fossil Park Devil Rays were the runners-up.

Fossil Park takes 1st. and 2nd Place Honors in the 2004 Annual St. Petersburg Dizzy Dean City Tournaments of the 11-12 year old age group. The Fossil Park Major Cardinals won top honors and completed their season with a perfect 24-0 record by defeating the Fossil Park Devil Rays 5-3 in the Championship game at Wildwood on Saturday, May 22, 2004. In the  St. Petersburg Dizzy Dean City Tournaments for the 9-10 year old group, held in Seminole, Florida, Fossil Park brings home both the 1st and 2nd. place trophies.  The Fossil Park Athletics grabbed top honors in the championship game versus the Fossil Park Yankees. Both teams endured a loss during the tournament with the A's only loss coming from the Yankees.
