We at Fossil Park Youth Baseball, Inc have taken every precaution to make our website safe for children
of all ages. You will notice on each of the pages in this site bears two logos, (1) The ICRA logo
and (2) the ICCS Logo. The ICRA is the Internet Content Rating Association and the ICCS stands
for Internet Content Certification Standards. This site is certified by both of these organizations
and operates voluntarily through the IWatchdog Program which polices and insures that the site is
safe for children under ages 13.
In addition Fossil Park Youth Baseball, Inc. has taken extra measures to assure child safety on the
internet. Below you will find information on our Child Privacy Policy as well and links to information
concerning the COPPA Act regulating the collection of private information from children over the
internet. At the present time, we do not collect any information over the internet and the ruling
does not specifically apply to our site; we will in the future provide means for registration over
the internet at which time our policies will be rewritten. Keep in mind that registration is
generally completed by the parent. However, we have voluntarily submitted to the guidelines and will
continue with our efforts to assure child safety over the internet.
