The Fossil Park Freshman (Major) Division is one of the premiere divisions at Fossil Park Youth Baseball and
consist of those players who are league age eleven (11) and twelve (12). The Fossil Park Freshmen are the
Florida Little Major League reining state champs of 2003. The Majors Division also held that post in 2000.
Game scores, standings and stats are maintained for this league. Statistics are posted per the managers
discretion. Also, in 2004 this division boasted two separate age divisions in post season play consisting
of an eleven year-old age group and a twelve year-old age division with both placing second in the state.
Beginning in 2005, this division became known as the Freshman Division corresponding with Dizzy Dean
