This page is intended to keep you informed about the current changes  (and/or) proposed changes that affect the season's operations of our youth organization.

Currently, two committees have been formed to study various issues and will make recommendations to the Fossil Park Youth Baseball Board of Directors.

Rules and Regulations Committee

With the merger of Florida Little Major League into Dizzy Dean, the current Fossil Park Playing rules are slightly outdated; however, the current rules remain in effect.  The purpose of this committee is to evaluate basic playing rules and recommend amendments to the Fossil Park Playing Rules. This includes any rules that may be vague or unclear as to their interpretations.

With the development of our own website and the power of the "Electronic Age", a committee was formed to maximize the potential of the internet and its benefits. This includes its potential for raising funds to help support our athletes and future growth of Fossil Park Baseball.  During this season you will notice many changes taking place and request for team support in order to reap the maximum potential benefits of the internet.

You may wish to return to this page from time to time for updates on the above mentioned park interests.  We welcome your input and suggestions.  Please contact any Board Member or write Fossil Park Youth Baseball.  We welcome anyone who wishes to get involved with Fossil Park Youth Baseball and currently have several openings on the Board.
