2011 Dizzy Dean Rules

New Dizzy Dean Rule
Composite bats are NOT allowed.
Umpires will enforce this new rule. Anyone who violates this rule will be
suspended from the league for 1 yr.
The Dizzy Dean National Executive Board met on February 10, 2011
and banned all
COMPOSITE bats; and all bats marked/marketed as Coach Pitch, CP, T-ball
and Tee Ball from Dizzy Dean league play and tournament play ages 5 thru 19.
Any composite handle bats with a wood or alloy (aluminum) barrel is acceptable.
This ruling does not include Dizzy Dean Softball.
